grizzly bear seriously needs to record their new album.
when they played this song at this year’s lolla..my jaw seriously hit the floor. this song shows exactly why i’m so fond of this band. their interesting dynamics and awesome chord word. but yeah, tonight i will be going to schuba’s to see my co-worker jamie’s boy friend’s group perform. they’re pretty solid hip-hop with a nice buzz circulating around them. you should check them out here: YeaBig+KidStatic
whelp, i have a pretty interesting weekend ahead of me..hopefully i’ll enjoy myself since the summer’s winding down. man this has got to have been the most random 3 months i’ve ever had. a lot has happened yet i fell that i flushed it down the toilet. lol oh wellz! time for a brief nap!

just wow, i honestly don’t know how i feel about this or have an opinion. i just think this game is a bit too much. but it def made me laugh just a little. click on the picture for more, it’s amusing..esp the set list for the game.

well hello.
chase has been trying to make me use this site for the past month now, so i finally decieded to take the plunge. whelp, i guess i’m suppose to use this thing as a personal blog as well as a source to help talk about things that move me such as albums and so forth. what i’m currently stoked on has to be Pygmy Lush’s new album “Mount Hope”. it’s so odd how these dudes coming from so many amazing bands(pg.99, malady, majority rules, & city of caterpillar) out of the legendary richmond, VA hardcore/punk scene to form a project like this. there’s something about it that just makes me want to sit and listen over and over. this band is doing something that isn’t too original..but it’s so different at the same time, it’s just crazy! possibly one of the best surprises of the summer. enjoy!
